Welcome to HomeComfort Experts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services ("Services") provided by HomeComfort Experts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5208 Airport Fwy, Fort Worth, TX. By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
By accessing our website, requesting a service appointment, or engaging HomeComfort Experts to perform any work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
HomeComfort Experts provides residential and commercial home comfort services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including but not limited to:
All Services are performed by licensed, insured, and trained technicians in accordance with applicable Texas state and local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Service appointments may be scheduled by phone at +1 (817) 341-5168, through our website, or via email. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, appointment times are subject to availability and may be affected by seasonal demand, weather conditions, or emergency calls.
We provide estimated arrival windows for scheduled appointments. While we strive to arrive within the stated window, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if your technician is expected to arrive outside the scheduled window.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by providing at least 24 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75 to cover scheduling and dispatch costs. Emergency service calls and same-day appointments are exempt from the cancellation fee policy. No-shows without prior notification may be subject to a service call fee.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property where Services are to be performed. This includes clearing obstructions, securing pets, and ensuring a safe working environment. If our technician determines that conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to decline or postpone the Service.
We provide upfront, transparent pricing whenever possible. For standard services, we offer flat-rate pricing that is quoted before work begins. For complex or custom projects, we will provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work, materials, labor, and total cost. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
If, during the course of performing authorized Services, our technician discovers additional issues or necessary repairs beyond the original scope of work, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work or charges. No work beyond the agreed scope will be performed without your express consent.
Payment is due upon completion of Services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Financing options may be available for qualifying projects through our approved lending partners. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee. Past-due invoices may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes assessed on the Services provided.
HomeComfort Experts stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a one-year warranty on labor and workmanship for all standard repair services, beginning on the date the Service is completed. Installation projects carry a two-year workmanship warranty. If an issue arises from our workmanship within the warranty period, we will return and correct the problem at no additional charge.
Equipment, parts, and materials installed by HomeComfort Experts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty registration and claims. Manufacturer warranty terms, durations, and conditions vary by product and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOMECOMFORT EXPERTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HomeComfort Experts for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeComfort Experts, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Tarrant County, Texas. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of our website or Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written service agreements or estimates, constitute the entire agreement between you and HomeComfort Experts regarding your use of our website and Services.
